"I have been using Feakins for several years now because I trust them. I have had several issues with main dealers on my cars where they have claimed certain (expensive) parts have needed replacing where Feakins proved this was not the case - and instead, rectified the issue at a fraction of the cost. The ladies who man the front office are considerate, careful, diligent and the service from the technicians is second to none. Despite me having relatively modern cars, I am no longer interested in taking them to main dealers. Sure, they might be slick and offer frothy coffee & biscuits, but they have sadly lost my trust through years of poor service and a lack of empathy.
