"I have had a very poor experience with this trader, the car was booked in for an oil leak and the trader made the decision without calling us to do the advisories from the MOT instead of the oil leak as we instructed and then told my wife in the afternoon (who was sat next to me at the time) that the advisories had already been completed and it was going to cost £450 and he will now start the quotation for the oil leak, When I raised the issue with him (7 minutes later) he said it is going to cost 1hr labor to undo what he done in that time and it will take about 1 hour to make the quote for the oil leak. I then had a call the next morning from the trader who was following up on my feedback form, saying my wife was incorrect, although I was sat right next to her and I heard everything, and he could not actually give me the quotation for the work there and then, I then received a call 2hrs later with the quote which proved my point. I ended up paying 2rs labor for an expensive quote and poor customer service"
