"I ve been using NTM garage in few occasion and they ve been always good dealing with the issue I had and they did not try to lie or charge me extra unlike other garage. This time the job was done well and in w day. It costed quite a lot but it was expected from. They gave me a call prior to do the repare to make sure I was happy with the price. Very professional."

"My van was damaged whilst carrying out a MOT. The trader didn’t agree to this information. The behavior was unprofessional when the issue was raised. I would not recommend."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. I don't believe our behavior was unprofessional, you was offered over the phone to bring the van back to be looked at FOC. Your van has done lots of miles we have to move the seat backwards in order to drive your vehicle so unfortunately it cannot be helped!"

"I have used this garage for years for a variety of vehicles. I have always found them to be helpful, sensible, offering great quick service and very friendly. They will check things for me and make suggestions as to best solution as well as offering an excellent annual MOT/service. I have no worries about approaching them with a car query and being female, do not feel talked down too. An excellent garage that I can't recommend enough."
